When & where is it set?

The story is told about a future girl living in 2099. She comes back to 1999, where she sees a beautiful island. She wants to keep this and change the future.

What happens?

Marta comes back to 1999, and she living in 2099. Catullo Island's environment is bad. When she looked at the nice environment of Catullo Island in 1999, she wanted to say to Bernardo Catullo who is the island' s master, 'Don't buy the island!'

Environmental protection is a very important thing.
